Kris McCoy

Kris McCoy is a native of Western North Carolina. Lived in Indy for a bit but came back to the most beautiful area in the country! He worked as an agent administrator in 2007 and got a taste for it, then started acquiring homes for rental properties. He loves the quality-of-life real estate has to offer. Kris was a police officer for the beginning of his adult life. That creates a servant’s heart. What better quality to have as a Broker? The innovative approach they have towards agents, but more so, the above and beyond approach and treatment of clients. No other career field can offer this. Kris deals with first time buyers. He remembers how he felt buying his first home. Kris wants to be a part of that for others. Kris McCoy believes all agents share a common bond, you must be special to be an agent, but for Kris…he truly does have a passion to serve others. To serve something greater than himself. His appreciation and gratitude for all members of the military and civil service community is the driving force and the reason he founded the Hometown Heroes program at Nest Realty. Kris proudly offers $500 in closing costs to teachers, nurses, doctors, police, fire and rescue, and all military personnel, active or retired. In addition to that, Kris will also donate to the charity or nonprofit of their choice and in their name. Kris and his family love traveling and going on outdoor adventures together. He is also a musician and plays locally as a guitarist for his church and other projects. He is also a Jeep enthusiast so you will always catch him on the trails or with the top down and doors off!
