Kris McLaughlin is a realtor who loves being able to serve her community. She lives in the same neighborhood she serves, and her intention is to elevate your real estate experience. She loves partnering with her clients to create a smart, well negotiated, and smooth real estate transaction through a mindful approach.
Kris moved to Phoenix in 2005, which is the same year she started her journey in real estate. It was a big transition going from living in cities like New York and San Francisco and working in publishing to living in the Valley of the Sun and working in real estate. It turns out that her marketing and sales skills from the publishing industry perfectly translated over to marketing and selling homes, while the 30-day magazine publishing cycle mirrored the 30 to 45-day home buying process. This alignment was no coincidence because once she started doing real estate, she fell in love with it, and it was the perfect transition from her old job. To this day, she is grateful for the opportunity that real estate has afforded her in starting a family, connecting with her community, and being able to give back. In 2015, Kris chose to really work on herself personally, through meditation, visualization, journaling, and yoga. She just knew there was more for her to experience within her, and she wanted to discover that. The beauty of it was that not only did she find more joy and happiness within herself during that time but growing so much personally actually affected my real estate business; the goal she set for the year, she accomplished three times over! This was such an empowering experience both personally and professionally, so she wanted to bring this mindful lens to the brokerage that she works at. So, when Kris is not working with clients, she volunteers her time to mentor other real estate agents either in group settings or one-on-one and she serves on the leadership board. She has covered everything from meditation, intention, and gratitude to communication and the nuances of contract addendums. At home, Kris has two amazing sons, Patrick and Owen, and a wonderful husband, Ryan. Ryan is also a business owner, which weaves their family strongly into the roots of their neighborhood.
