I’m a first time home buyer and had just recently moved to Virginia. I also only had a very basic understanding of the home buying process. Originally, I talked with 2 other realtors but with the market being kinda crazy I never really had the confidence to follow through with the process. Kris however was really supportive, answered the 1000+ questions I had, patient, and really alleviated allot of the stresses I was feeling toward purchasing a home. I’m also really appreciative of her going to and organizing all the homes that I wanted to view before making a final decision. All in all I had a great experience working with her and I would recommend her to anyone.

Kris is a very competent real estate agent for sure, but most importantly, she provided emotional support and advice when it came time for me to let go of the house I lived in for 50 years!
