Kris is fabulous. When I was struggling to find the place for me, she helped me reframe what I was looking for, and that made all the difference. Now that I've found my place, she's guiding me through all the steps to make it mine. I have already recommended her to a friend who is just as happy as I am. Kris is enthusiastic, responsive, knowledgeable, professional - she's the best.

We have had a wonderful experience with Kris. She has been thoughtful, understanding, perseverant and able to go way outside the box to create new possibilities and amazing value. She is resourceful and provided us with a packet that gave us all the information, connections, and referrals we needed. I can’t say enough about how exceptional it’s been to work with Kris. She was such a great resource to help me professionally market and sell a previous property, I asked her to help me find my next real estate project – a nice little vacation rental cottage diamond-in-the-rough.

Her knowledge of the Vacation Rental market – she manages a few of her own 5-star VRs – and her vision to see passed the old paint and carpet is invaluable. She has an understanding of what it takes to create a successful VR business and just how much “fix” a fixer-upper may need and still be a worthy purchase. Besides, she’s well-connected and appears to be fearless at renovations herself.

Kris is also knowledgable about loans for retirement-age folks. She’s helping me to plan my retirement through her experience with loans for retirees.

If you’re looking for a nice turnkey mountain home, vacation rental, or fixer-upper project, I highly recommend Kris for both buying and selling. She’s very professional, knowledgable, responsive, and truly a pleasure to work with.

Kris has been a terrific realtor for me during this difficult Covid time. We’ve had virtual tours, virtual walk-through with inspector, lots of texts and emails, phone calls across time zones... and she hasn’t yet lost patience with me! (though buying a new home may not bring out the best in my anxious personality). When she learned I was over 62, she also showed me how I could qualify for a much better house than I thought I could get. And she’s just a nice person to work with Highly recommend

We acquired Kris’s services while we were researching the Asheville area as a possible relocation from Boston. While doing so, we came across one of her listings. Although the home was not a fit for us, we really loved the way she professionally presented the property online. I then Googled Kris Salvatore for her profile and found out she has been RE for many years and is originally from NY. Our thinking was that she would understand our relocation situation and would be a great fit for us since we knew little about Asheville.
That all changed. She was responsive and attentive. After a Zoom and Facetime meeting, and numerous phone conversations and emails/texts, we had a much broader understanding of the area. We were also provided with access to portals and property tools. I was also worried about property values in the area because of Covid 19. Kris put together an Asheville RE Market Trend report that was fully comprehensive and easy to read.
I recently took a trip down to Asheville and met Kris and toured several homes. Her time and knowledge of the area was invaluable. We have now narrowed down the areas that we would like to live in. Although we are still looking for our perfect home in Asheville, Kris realizes that this is a process and takes time……especially since we are miles apart. We highly recommend Kris especially if you’re from out of town looking to relocate.
