Kris Soudah

Kris Soudah, a California licensed attorney and associate real estate broker, has been working in the real estate industry for over 15 years. He has represented numerous clients throughout the Bay Area in the sale, purchase, or leasing of residential, multi-unit, commercial, and investment properties. The combination of Kris’ legal and real estate knowledge and experience gives him extraordinary skill sets and expertise to represent his client’s best interest confidently and effectively in any type of real estate transaction.

Born and raised in San Francisco, Kris attended Saint Ignatius College Prep in the city’s Sunset District before earning a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of San Francisco. After gaining some work experience, Kris then decided to pursue a legal career and was accepted to Golden Gate University’s joint J.D. and MBA degree program. He graduated from GGU with both Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration degrees in less than four years. Kris went on to work at law firms where he represented individuals, businesses, contractors, and public entities in transactional and litigation matters involving various issues, including real estate, landlord-tenant, commercial contracts, and construction.

As a first-generation American, Kris understands firsthand his clients’ yearning for the American dream of homeownership as well as the pride and mental and financial security it provides. It’s rewarding for him to help people achieve their dreams, whether they’re first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors. Because he appreciates that his clients are trusting him with one of the biggest decisions of their lives, Kris is sure to passionately represent his clients, treating each one as if they were family and each transaction as if it were his.

Kris currently resides in the East Bay with his wife, Lan, and three sons — Dominic and the twins, Devin and Damian. When he is not showing homes, he is spending time with his family, chasing after his boys, and rooting for the San Francisco 49ers, San Francisco Giants, and Golden State Warriors.
