Kris White is hands down the best realtor in Charlotte County. From start to finish, he goes above and beyond in every part of the process. His communication is clear, his guidance is steady, and he’s always available when you need him. Working with Kris never felt like hiring a realtor, it felt like having a trusted partner who truly knows real estate inside and out.

When I sold my home, Kris handled every detail with care. He brought in a professional photographer and helped stage my home so it looked incredible. The photos honestly looked like something out of a magazine and made a huge difference in bringing in interest. Beyond that, Kris has a real understanding of how to position and market a property. This is second time I have used Kris White as my realtor and it won’t be my last . I have used him as a sellers and buyers agent and he has exceeded my expectations. I have a little real estate background licensed in another state and I can tell you he goes above and beyond what is required in the job description. Your home is his number one priority. As a buyer he is a ferocious negotiator. My last purchase he was able to get the seller to lower the purchase price by almost 18% and saved me 75k.

As a sellers agent when I sold my home he marketed the property to the correct audience/demographic and got the home sold under normal market times for my asking price to some snowbirds up north for a quick cash sale.

Kris White’s real estate network in the Gulf Coast is unprecedented. If you plan on using another realtor you are leaving money on the table . They need to call him Mr. Equity because every property he touches turns into an investment .

Kris White came through for me in selling my condo during this challenging real estate market. After speaking with him on the phone he impressed me with his positive and friendly personality.

He worked in getting just the right presentation online, helping to present the unit in the best way possible.

While it was slow at first, he never gave up and assured me we would get it sold. When offers started coming in, he oversaw the negotiations, keeping me informed minute by minute. His determination is phenomenal!

Once the offer was satisfactory to all parties, he went into high gear, finalizing all the last-minute tasks. We closed on schedule, making me one happy seller!

We probably all know the stress related to selling a home; it's a process to say the least. There's a little bit of anxiety, a little bit of tension and a fear of the unknown, so when you choose a realtor to share your journey, you want one that helps you through it. We chose Kristopher White who had come highly recommended. We now know why that is. Kristopher could not have been more reliable, and we could not have been more pleased. I honestly don't know where he gets his energy. He worked tirelessly to help us reach our goal, which was to sell our home in a timely manner at a reasonable price. We had not been through the process since we moved into our home 28 years ago, so we were in great need of Kristopher's expertise. There are so many reasons why we loved working with Kristopher. He made himself available to us night and day and we had to be very careful not to take advantage of his kindness. He answered all of our questions of which there were many!! I highly recommend Kris and can give 5 stars without hesitation. We interviewed several prospective agents and chose Kris or his calm and confident style. He gave us great advise on some small practical improvements that would help it show its best. We found him to work very hard for us, willing to do many odd tasks and chores to assist if it was needed to get us the best price. For example we do not live near the property and when a plumbing repair was noted on the buyers inspection report Kris tracked down and scheduled a plumber for us, meet them at the house to oversee the work, called to consult with me on options, then locked everything up when it was done. He does not just stop at getting it listed or getting it under contract but he guides the whole process to make sure things run smoothly. Once we got some offers he was very straight forward about evaluating each one with us, just solid well considered advise with no games or bias. He kept in close contact with us throughout the listing, contract and closing. I was worried about finding the good broker but Kris actually made the entire process enjoyable with his hard work and pleasant personality.
