So Kriss came recommended to me by a friend, and I am so happy she recommended her. I was a first time home buyer and I asked my friend for our realtor recommendation and she recommended Kriss. She said she is super conscientious and super patient, and she was right. Even though the home buying process was stressful in a very competitive, crazy market, Kriss was so helpful in every way with so much knowledge on every aspect of homebuying that it just is the process immeasurably.

For context, I am a first time home buyer. I had a previous realtor which did not workout. I found Kriss online and saw amazing reviews.

In such a crazy market, you need someone reliable and Kriss is that person, without a doubt. Never missed a text, always responded to calls, and always went above and beyond to ensure this was a smooth process.

Extremely responsive, knowledgable, and always on time. Kriss was on top of every little detail which made the first time home buying process a breeze. She was always prepared for every showing and her personality is second to none!

I would unequivocally recommend Kriss to anyone looking to buy a home. If you have any doubts about your current realtor and need a fresh start, you will not be disappointed!

Kriss is INCREDIBLE!

Truly, it is impossible for only 5 stars to represent Kriss’s EXCEPTIONAL work in helping us find our first home, especially during the challenging times of Covid.

We knew when we first decided to relocate to South Jersey to buy a home that it was going to be challenging (AND OH, how we underestimated the meaning of that word!) But, Kriss got us through!

A mere 5 stars doesn’t fully convey how incredibly patient, insightful, and helpful Kriss was with us – always going above and beyond to make sure we were well positioned to be successful in our search. Kriss spent many hours visiting many homes both with us and on our behalf when we couldn’t be there in-person for visits. She made video calls, took pictures, recorded videos and showed us every nook and cranny of the houses while always reporting back potential areas of concern — prioritizing our interests and comfort level over simply making the sale. Kriss’s actions made us feel that her top interest was in us having long-term happiness with our purchase.

Five stars does not portray the collection of hours that she stayed on the phone with us texting, talking, answering questions, brainstorming strategies, and consulting us on the next best moves so that we could get the home we wanted while not just settling for a house due to the brutal market.

Five stars can’t quite reflect her attentive and empathetic nature. On house tours, Kriss pointed out the areas that may impede our children’s safety such as the spacing in the stairway railings or being aware of the missing fence that leads to the neighbor’s pool, or spotting the specks of mold growing in the cracks. Her attention to detail and vast knowledge as a realtor shaved off many of the fears, uncertainties, and hesitations we had as new home buyers. She was able to provide approximate estimates for potential fixes, provide contacts for different experts (real-estate lawyer, inspector, contractors, etc.), suggest locations / businesses for different needs (movers, home improvement, shopping, eateries, etc.) while exhibiting vast knowledge of the area, and even give strong estimates for potential appraisals and accurate comps (in fact, she was dead on with the house we purchased, which saved us from paying extra out of pocket!).

How can five stars show her level of commitment to our satisfaction as she took notes on the fixes we wanted to make to in our house, researched and called contractors, then scheduled a host of contractors to come and take measurements to provide quotes (especially considering a time when contractors were nearly impossible to reach!)?!

And most importantly, how could five stars dare to measure the encouragement and comfort she instilled in us to keep going when we met rejection after rejection due to bidding wars beyond our control? Kriss always offered a positive demeanor, solutions-oriented approaches, and kept us focused on the right things. Kriss coordinated with all of the other people involved (seller’s agent, broker, attorney, inspector, appraiser, etc.) and was incredibly timely, responsive, and helpful in advocating for us and following through on our behalf. Neither can 5 stars measure her smiling eyes as she happily took videos and pictures of our family opening the door to our new home with our keys for the very first time!

Though five stars alludes to Kriss’s communication, timeliness, follow-up, follow-through, attentiveness, skill, competence, and helpful attitude as being exceptional, it CAN NOT possibly demonstrate how our experience with Kriss was so impressionable that we feel we found more than an incredible realtor, we’ve gained a new friend. And we couldn’t feel more blessed than to have her be a part of this milestone for our family. Thank you for everything, Kriss!

Kriss was an absolute pleasure to work with from the initial meeting to the very end of the process. This was our first time selling a home, and she made sure to keep us informed of what we needed to do every step of the way. When we didn’t know anyone to complete certain tasks vital to selling the home, she had reliable, timely professionals take care of the tasks for us. When our movers told us they weren’t able to move a billiard table (on the day of closing), she quickly found someone else who was able to get there that day. There was a time crunch, as the new buyers wanted to close ASAP, but Kriss is clearly able to handle the pressure of quick deadlines and time crunches with ease. In addition to selling the home, she has also been instrumental in apartment hunting for our mother in law, which is also turning into a long, arduous process. She is professional, patient, diligent, and knowledgeable about the complexities of real estate in NJ. I highly recommend her for all of your real estate needs.

I can’t say enough great things about Kriss. During one of the most stressful times I have endured she was always there to help. The process of selling my home wasn’t easy; I had inspection issues, township issues, buyer issues, lawyer issues... basically nothing went the way it was supposed too. However, every step of the way Kriss was there to put out the fires, call contractors, calm me down, mediate, and even have her son shovel my walkway as the township threatened to revoke my COO and write me a summons.
