I am the owner of "55+ Real Estate Services"? at Coldwell Banker Armstrong Properties, and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist. I provide FREE referrals for my real estate clients and the public through my Client Care Program for Move Management, Estate Plan Update, Relocation and Downsizing, to name a few, as well as offering FREE referral services for senior resources.

I have had personal experience with my family as a senior caregiver, a healthcare and senior services advocate, and relocating family members to assisted living. I provide the services that my real estate clients need when they downsize or move to assisted living, which is an emotional and challenging lifestyle change for everyone involved.

I am a one-stop Realtor who will serve as my clients' liaison when I refer services such as hiring a painter, finding a pet sitter, hiring a locksmith, and pretty much anything they need. I am the one who shows up to the property ensure that meet the painter or locksmith have access, and facilitate the project from start to finish.
