Krista has worked with countless families, buyers, sellers, and first-time buyers for over four years throughout the entire Tampa Bay area and strives to make each client’s experience her top priority!
Krista comes from a family of real estate professionals including a commercial real estate agent, property investor, and a home builder. In 2004, Krista became a licensed real estate agent at the age of nineteen in Las Vegas, Nevada while attending UNLV for real estate. Two years later she moved to Clearwater, Florida. Krista started working with her family’s company in Tampa and worked her way up to part owner in six short years. Krista purchased her first home at the age of twenty-six, accomplishing a goal she had set for herself almost ten years prior.
Krista left the family business in 2013 to stay home with her first son, and obtained her real estate license in Florida. She has since worked hard for her client’s and earned a leading reputation in Pinellas County both with clients and real estate professionals.
Krista’s goal is to support her clients in their pursuit of buying or selling real estate and she enjoys working with families and helping others pursue and achieve their goals of homeownership. She prides herself on the customer service she delivers to each client and the knowledge she must give her best in every transaction.
Krista lives in Seminole, Florida with her husband, Jake, and two sons, Jaxson & Leo, and enjoys traveling with her family. Krista and her family relax by swimming with the dolphins in Key West, hiking the trails in the Smoky Mountains, visiting the snowy Rockies in Colorado, and frequently go “glamping” in their travel trailer with friends!
