Krista is a co-founder of the Bellingham Compass office. She is a native to the Pacific Northwest, born and raised in Whatcom County. She lived in Southern California, New York City and Seattle before coming back and making Bellingham her home. And she believes it's the very best place to live.
Krista has lived in many neighborhoods of Bellingham including South Hill, Edgemoor, Silver Beach, Columbia and Sehome Hill. She loves providing people with perspective on all facets of life here. Her long history in the area and her love of this community has naturally grown a steady relocation business; she has helped dozens of individuals and families relocate to Whatcom County in the past few years. She is passionate about helping people find, what she calls, their “heart home.”
Krista brings 15 years of marketing experience on a local and national scale to her practice of real estate. She understands that maximizing exposure will translate into the highest selling price for a property. Her goal is to get the most eyes possible on beautifully presented listings, and ultimately, to maximize the financial return for her clients.
She also has a special knack for re-envisioning spaces and transforming properties. She has become known for helping her clients navigate small and large cleanup, remodel, and staging projects before bringing their properties to market. Her favorite part of her job is achieving a good "before and after." She has been nationally recognized for “above and beyond” service and marketing.
Krista is a mom to Edie & Freya, a rescue pup named Norma, a bunny, a pony, and chickens!
