Krista Richman

With a decade of real estate experience, Krista Richman is currently an in-house Sales Executive for Aria Reserve Miami, the largest waterfront land reserve of its kind. Prior to Aria Reserve, she was the Sales Director from 2018 - 2021 at the new development project The Ocean Resort Residences – Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach. Krista Richman’s admiration and interest in architecture and construction began while earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Miami. Throughout her career, she has focused on new construction and single-family homes from Miami to Fort Lauderdale. Krista believes that teamwork makes the dream work! She taps into her relationship with other brokers around South Florida and the Northeast and develops new relationships with clients and buyers looking for a luxurious, yet income-generating, second home. Krista’s thirst for knowledge sets her apart from her peers, and she understands the importance of staying up to date on local market conditions and doing extensive research to ensure she can effectively assist her clients in making sound decisions.
