~~~ The Simmons Team ~~~ Andrew Fox, Realtor Hands down one of the best agents around, Andrew was recommended to us by some friends who's house he had helped sell a few months earlier and we cant thank them enough for sending us his way! If you are selling your house you need an agent who understands the local market, and can give you meaningful advice about what to expect and how to make the sale happen and Andrew is certainly that agent. In our neighborhood we were competing with new construction and some homes that had been on and off the market for several month and even up to a year but Andrew still managed to generate the interest in our house and get it sold at the price we were looking for. Within just a few weeks of being listed our first offers started coming in, while some of our neighbors who were also trying to sell hadn't even had more than a few showings in as many months! When the offers do start coming in you are going to want to know your agent will have your back, and not push you into the first one so they can move on to the next sale; and believe me Andrew is a hardcore negotiator, I think he might like arguing over the price of a house as much as he likes selling it. I was glad on several occasions that he was on our side of the contract negotiations and not the buyers, with the offer price slowly creeping up by $100-500 with each counter offer (so many counter offers we eventually lost track of how many) each time Andrew's advice to holdout a little longer was sound. Once the home was under contract Andrew was there to help us out throughout the rest of the process, always responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend Andrew if you are selling your home. While we didn't buy another home in the Clarksville area if you are buying I can't imagine that you would find a better agent than Andrew, or a better negotiator either.

I met Andrew for one evening to look at houses on a brief trip to TN, then from back home in HI bought a house over the internet with him! He made it easy to ask all the questions we could EVER come up with and responded quickly regardless of time of day OR day of the week! (Not something I expected!) I highly recommend Andrew for his easy-going nature, responsiveness and absolute caring he shows for his clients. Someday, when I go to sell my house, he'll be my agent!
