I have sold 3 homes and bought 4 homes. I have never had good luck with realtors.
Kristen was beyond a realtor. She was instrumental in selling my townhouse and purchasing a single family home for a great price.
She is intuned with your needs and preferences.
I was worried about selling my townhouse and not have a new house in time. Basically have to rent a place or stay in a hotel. She put in the contract rent back time to allow me sufficient time to acquire a new home that I just loved.
She is very patient. Very kind and personable.
She did so many things that I would not except and have never had a realtor do before.
You are never bugging her with questions. She never seems flustered. I just can't say enough.
She's is phenomenal!

I decided to make a cross-country move and was fortunate enough to find Kristen Boyd! With my wishlist and actually needs she assisted me with viewing as many homes as my two week visit allowed. When it was time for me to return home Kristen continued to send me homes via her website on a daily basis.
Since my ability to travel coast to coast was limited I had my son work with Kristen to see anything that caught my attention.... until we found "The House".
Over the last couple months, Kristen answered my many texts and emails immediately, coordinated with my son,lenders, title company and more. I felt comfortable with trusting her in helping and guiding my family to Our new Home.

I loved working with Kristen. She was very responsive and extremely knowledgeable about the housing in our area. As a first time home buyer I didn't know much about the process, but Kristen was there to answer all my questions as well as provide information I hadn't even thought about. Unlike other realtors, I never felt like I was receiving a sales pitch or was being pressured in any way. She truly wanted me and my family to find our perfect home. I loved her as a realtor so much I recommended her to a friend. She was able to buy her new house with Kristen's help shortly after! I will always recommend Kristen to others in need of a Realtor.

Kristen Boyd was our realtor for purchasing our first house. She took great efforts to figure out what kind of people we are and what interested us in a home. She did not try and sell us on any house we looked at, which was unexpectedly refreshing. She would promptly set up viewings of the houses we were interested in and gave us an informative and authentic summary of the houses while also giving us the space to explore on our own. When we did find the house we ended up purchasing, Kristen was available seemingly at any time to expertly guide us through the process. I can not stress the importance of HOW she guided us through the process. She did not give her opinion, but rather her expert advice on what would be best for us and allowed us to make a decision. There are a lot of unknowns with house buying and Kristen made each decision we made much less nerve wrecking with the support and expertise she provided.

She kept us informed at every turn of new information and was an assertive advocate toward the seller for what we wanted. She also raised important points and asked nuanced questions on both sides of the deal that led to our benefit in the process. I am convinced she never slept because every time we reached out to her (sometimes outside of business hours) she was very responsive.

Kristen has as a unique ability to find people to work with that are experts in their occupation and are nearly as dedicated as she is to faciliting her client's wishes. She is an experienced professional who I can only hope to have a reason to work with again.

Where can I start. Kristen was/is more then just my realtor. She went above and beyond from beginning to the end. I feel close to her like a friend or family member.
