She was very responsive to our many questions and provided honest feedback on locations that were best suited to the needs of my family. She kept us in our price range and was there to walk us through the frequently high stress home buying process. I can not say enough good things about Kristen Boyer! We moved across the country and were trying to buy a home during the 2021/2022 unprecedented housing market. A realtor in our old city referred us to her and Kristen graciously made us feel so welcomed in Maryland. Patiently showing us houses all over the Baltimore area - Towson, Ellicott City, Columbia, Arnold, Severna Park, and Edgewater while she helped us hone in on what we were truly wanting. Teaching us about East Coast homes and living, sharing amazing recommendations, and easing my nerves on anything in the real-estate realm that I did not understand. In some crazy losses she became not just our realtor but our therapist and refocused us on what we could do to stand out in our offers. She used her expertise, knowledge of the market, and some tricks to help us craft a winning offer on a home in Columbia that we are so happy about! Our home purchase is now complete and I'm so grateful for her immense help every step of the way!

Kristen was our rock during a very turbulent time to buy a home. She was exceptionally responsive to my requests to tour homes even though we were typically 45+ minutes away from her home base. When we found the right house, her network of professionals were a pleasure to work with and the inspections, closing, etc. were seamless and made life as easy as it could be in the middle of a pandemic. Kristen was an absolute joy to hang out with while touring over a dozen homes. She has a wonderful eye for decorations and renovation ideas. I’d recommend her to anyone, anytime!
