I can not say enough good things about Kristen Boyer! We moved across the country and were trying to buy a home during the 2021/2022 unprecedented housing market. A realtor in our old city referred us to her and Kristen graciously made us feel so welcomed in Maryland. Patiently showing us houses all over the Baltimore area - Towson, Ellicott City, Columbia, Arnold, Severna Park, and Edgewater while she helped us hone in on what we were truly wanting. Kristen was our rock during a very turbulent time to buy a home. She was exceptionally responsive to my requests to tour homes even though we were typically 45+ minutes away from her home base. When we found the right house, her network of professionals were a pleasure to work with and the inspections, closing, etc. were seamless and made life as easy as it could be in the middle of a pandemic. Kristen was an absolute joy to hang out with while touring over a dozen homes. She has a wonderful eye for decorations and renovation ideas. I’d recommend her to anyone, anytime!
