Kristen Dreyer

Kristen is a proud Ocala resident and Realtor® with Florida Advantage Realty Group, serving Marion County as well as parts of Citrus and Levy Counties. Her real estate journey began at just 17 years old, when she started working for a land developer, sparking a lifelong passion for real estate and community growth.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and a background as a Mental Health Counselor, she brings a deep understanding of people and communication to every transaction. Her goal is to guide her clients through the buying and selling process with clarity, confidence, and care.
Beyond real estate, Kristen is a devoted mother of three and serves as a Councilwoman for the City of Ocala. Her involvement in the community includes serving on the Transportation and Planning Organization Board, Utility Advisory Board, and Affordable Housing Advisory Committee. She has also held leadership roles as Chairperson of the East Ocala Community Redevelopment Area Agency, Vice-Chairman of the Ocala Historic Preservation Advisory Board, and Secretary of the Ocala Mainstreet Executive Board, as well as serving on the board of a local private school and the Steering Committee for the Midtown Master Plan.
