I’ll try not have one of those typical real estate agent bios… Instead of boasting ad nauseum about awards and accomplishments you’re not interested in, I’m taking the approach of actually giving you what you want — real answers to questions you’re probably wondering right now.
1. Will you return my calls and emails?
Yes. Without question.
I realize this is one of the major frustrations the general public has with dealing with agents. I am very responsive and I pride myself on good communication, always!
2. Are you a pushy Realtor, that only seems like they want to get a sale…any sale?
No! I listen , it’s so important that you get what you expect and more! It’s a big decision, I take it very seriously.
Here's what I can tell you:
I'm honest and take pride in being approachable and friendly. If you need a quick real estate brain, or a strong dose of honesty, well that’s what I love to do, really! Loyalty to family, clients, and friends is one of my core values.
3. Do you have experience doing exactly what I need?
Until you tell me what you need, there is no way of knowing. These are "strong suits" of mine:
-First Time Home Buyers-I’ll be there every step of the way, ask any question..I mean ANY! You’ll have a lot.
-Relocation-I moved here from NY and know what it’s like to try and find “home”.
-Fixer Uppers-I love seeing the potential in a home that’s not move in ready, or needs any kind of updating, I did my own home this way!Feel free
to ask me about it! It was a great learning experience and I loved it (mostly!).
-New Construction- You’re still buying a home and need a “voice”, I would be your voice. You would be surprised how many times I had to go to bat for clients..this is probably the most frustrating for us realtors…knowing a buyer bought without representation ( and no, you do not save money going it alone!)
