I cannot say enough good things about Kristen Goodfellow. She was very patient in helping me look at houses for months, as I went back and forth on price point and location. She helped us figure out what we were really looking for and she even found the perfect house for us while we were out of town. As a former attorney, she is very detail oriented and a smart and capable negotiator. On top of that, she is a pleasure to work with. You can tell she loves what she is doing.
