With over 10 years of real estate experience and a multi-million dollar producer since beginning her residential real estate career in 2013, Kristen is known for her responsiveness, keen market insight, “bulldog” tenacity, and she is also a licensed General Contractor! This work ethic has ultimately led her earning the Choice award for Greensboro’s Favorite Realtor by Triad Mom’s on main for the last 5 years in a row and consistently in the top 1% of agents in the Triad. A native of Greensboro, she knows every nook and cranny of this city therefore, a good portion of her business is focused on relocations. She works with a number of companies on relocation tours and their new hire’s homes searches. As a certified luxury home marketing Specialist Kristen has an additional level of understanding of what it takes to market, sell, negotiate, and purchase high-end properties.
Kristen graduated from North Carolina State University in 2006 and was fortunate to be chosen for the Leadership Development Program at BB&T where she spent the next six years. A city native, Kristen was inducted into the NC State University chapter of Omicron Delta Epsilon Economics Honor Society, which then led her to the Leadership Development Program with BB&T. With the bank, she served as project manager developing sales and marketing tools before moving into real estate, and gained excellent communication skills while managing a portfolio of nearly $1 billion in loan exposure (not to mention skills in juggling deadlines, renewals and other client expectations!)
She and her husband Jimmy, a real estate attorney, have three girls, Alice, Olivia, and Hadley. They enjoy playing tennis, golf, skiing, fishing, cooking, and spending time on Bald Head Island.
