Kristen is a angel!!!! Kristen showed us the house at the last minute on a Sunday. She told me the moment she met us, that this is our house. Kristin helped us find our dream home in North West Indiana. She was very patient and it took us almost a year to find the right house. She was always right there with us through the ups and the downs and was always very confident we would find our dream home. Kristen worked tirelessly to help me find a home. She was always quick to respond to any questions I had, and if I wanted to go see a house she always got me in as soon as possible. She would send me multiple houses everyday that met my search criteria and helped me every step of the way through the home buying process. She was always honest and up front especially if there was something wrong with a house we went to look at. She did not try and push sales on me but rather helped me find a house I could call a home.

We recently sold our home and purchased a new one with Kristen. Before we listed, she came over to look over the house and get an idea of what it would be worth in its current condition. We told her the ideas we had for updating the home and she was helpful in letting us know what would really help and where we could save some money. Once we were ready to list our old home, she sent a photographer to come take beautiful pictures of the house, and had it listed right away once we gave her the green light. Once the listing was live, she had showings lined up immediately! She helped us sell our house in LESS THAN TWO DAYS!! She was super helpful when it was time to look for a new house as well! We sent her a list of houses we wanted to see and she suggested a few for us to see as well based on our likes and dislikes. Once we found the perfect house, she helped us put in an offer we were comfortable with, but would also be fair for the sellers. Kristen helped us every step of the way with inspections, appraisals, and recommendations for anything we needed. She was just a phone call away the whole time between getting accepted offers and closing. She answered any and all questions we threw her way! She is a wonderful agent to buy or sell with and I would definitely use her services again and again! We Can’t recommend her enough to anyone looking into the market of buying and/or selling! I can't say enough positive things about working with Kristen. My husband and I were so worried about the sale of our house when we found out we would be moving to Washington state. Kristen put our minds at ease. She took initiative to tie up loose ends and truly went above and beyond whenever we could not attend to something from 2,000 miles away. Then, she spent the time looking for a realtor in Washington that would be a good fit for us as we went on to start the new house search. She is easy to communicate with, reliable, market savvy, and works so hard for her clients. She obviously knows the area and how to best help her clients. With her hard work and help we were able to focus on the next step of our lives, which meant so much to us. I would recommend her to anyone and will continue to recommend her to our friends and family in NWI.
