Kristen Pao

Kristen joined the NAI CBI Hawaii team in 2008 as a receptionist. She later became a Property Manager’s Assistant while maintaining her receptionist duties. In 2012, Kristen got her Real Estate License and is now a Residential Property Manager.

As a property manager, Kristen addresses and solves the many issues that come with the day-to-day management of apartment buildings, condos and single-family homes.

Kristen has a network of trusted vendors that she uses to do repairs and maintenance of all the properties she looks over.

Prior to joining NAI CBI Hawaii, Kristen has worked as a Server/Bartender for over 10 years. Kristen has carried over with her the “customer service” background to ensure owners, tenants and vendors are taken care of and dealt with in a timely and professional manner.

Spending time with family, shopping, BBQ’s and going to the beach are the things she enjoys the most in her spare time.
