Kristen Rummel

Kristen is a native Austinite who has watched the development of Austin and the surrounding communities from a front-row seat. Growing up in Westlake and Lake Travis, and then raising kids in Dripping Springs has given Kristen a chance to see the development and evolution of the Austin skyline in real time. Kristen graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and is a proud lifetime Longhorn. Kristen started her real estate career 25 years ago, first in sales and then managed her own successful real estate appraising firm for many years working with lenders, title companies, buyers and sellers helping to analyze markets and value real estate. Her extensive background in data analytics, trend analysis and marketing coupled with her love of detail, organizational skills, strong communication, and industry knowledge help her serve her clients with a signature level of professionalism.

Coming from a background in education and growing up in the industry of real estate and investments, her knowledge of the market inner workings and ability to effectively communicate with her clients and colleagues gives her a competitive advantage over her peers. Kristen is a proven negotiator and advocates for her clients tirelessly. As a lifetime learner, she holds multiple designations, always seeking the latest information while keeping a pulse on industry trends and market developments. Kristen is a Certified Real Estate Appraiser and has the unique education to analyze markets for accurate pricing and sales price analysis which helps both buyers and sellers capitalize on opportunities. She holds the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation and was awarded the Million Dollar Guild Designation within CLHMS for selling multiple million dollar properties, has her Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI), and Registered Accredited Appraiser (RAA) designations. She has been selected into the PT50’s Platinum Top 500 award recipients (an award based on sales production, community service, charitable donations and education), and has received multiple top producing awards from her previous brokerage including the Diamond Club Top Producer Award and Sapphire Top Producer Awards in each of the past 5 years (less than 3% of of Austin Realtors earn this recognition). In 2023, Kristen joined KW Austin Portfolio Real Estate which is a boutique luxury division within Keller Williams to further provide next level service to her clients.

Kristen believes in contributing to and collaborating with her colleagues through mentorship and membership in professional organizations. She is a member of the Dripping Springs Elite 25 Real Estate Professionals where she is the chair of the social outreach committee (giving back to the community). She is also a member of the Top Agent’s Network in Austin and the Austin Luxury Network providing additional private resources for her clients who need discretion and are looking for off-market opportunities. Kristen is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors, the Austin Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. She is licensed to sell real estate anywhere in Texas and refers her clients to other outstanding Realtors around the globe through her extensive personal connections and network at Keller Williams.
