About Kristen

I've been selling real estate in Utah since 2015 and have been affiliated with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties in South Ogden since obtaining my license. I manage a team comprised of myself, my husband Chris, our assistant Rachel, and our sales agents Ben and Katie. We are actively seeking new agents to join our team.

Prior to my real estate sales career, I spent five years working in property management, dealing with both private rentals and large-scale multi-family housing. I love teaching new investors about the ins and outs of rental management and am a property investor myself. Prior to property management, I worked in building materials sales and cabinetry design.

My specialties include historic properties, relocation, and new construction, as well as luxury homes. I am a Certified Luxury Home Specialist through the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing. I am passionate about improving access to housing and building generational wealth through real estate.

I served on the board for my local preservation society, the Weber County Heritage Foundation, for four years and was active on several committees. More recently, I served on the Realtor Committee of the Northern Wasatch Home Builders Association.

My husband, Chris, and I have been married since 2013 and are blessed with three amazing kids: Hayden, Scarlet, & Knox. We enjoy traveling together as a family and experiencing new adventures. We have called Ogden home since 2014.
