We had our house on the market on and off for about 4-1/2 years with several different realtors. We listed our house with Ms. Duke and in short time we had an offer and the house was sold. During this time Ms. Duke went way above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were satisfied with our house selling experience. I could Ms. Duke early in the morning or late at night and she would be available or call me right back when she was available. Ms. Duke was always very courteous, kind, honest and up front with us, giving us many different options to help try to improve the possibility of our sale. When time of closing, Ms. Duke went all the way for us, even to the point of being willing to sign our paperwork at closing because we could not be present. I cannot express how dedicated and passionate Ms. Duke is to her realtor position. I highly recommend her expertise in your next home buying/selling experience. Less Highly likely to recommend 10/25/2012 - deeddean Bought and sold a Single Family home in 2012 in Brentwood, TN.
