About Kristi

Kristi was an Executive with Aetna, Blue Shield, and Cigna offering employee benefits to Fortune 500 companies. She was making a very nice living but found herself asking how she do better. How can she improve her quality of life by balancing work and family life.

In 2017, after almost 20 years in sales and sales management offering employee benefits to large US companies, Kristi felt like she had hit a wall. Her window of growth was coming to an end. She decided it was time to step it up and become an entrepreneur. Instead of running her own Employee Benefits Brokerage Firm, she decided to venture into Real Estate. With two teenage girls in the home, she needed flexibility in her daily work life to be a part of their social activities before they ventured off to adulthood. It was a challenge going from a steady paycheck to being self-employed and building a business. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication.

Kristi has lived in Gilbert, AZ since 2016 and in 2017 she became a licensed Arizona Real Estate Professional, or she likes to say, “Advisor”. Running her own business has been a huge growth opportunity for her. She has had to learn the financial side of owning a business, marketing, and advertising, along with the legal side of buying and selling real estate. Although the industry can be uncertain, she would not change a thing. Nothing feels better than matching families or individuals up with their new homes and knowing she had a role to play in that. She hopes she has the opportunity to do that for you! The best part of her job is when a client steps into the house that they know was meant for them. Kristi feels it as much as they do. It is an incredible feeling, and it keeps her coming back. As a Real Estate Advisor, the agent/client relationship is one based on trust. Every single person she has worked with, whether customers or vendors, has come to know, like, and trust her as their real estate advisor.

The success of her business depends on referrals from all the awesome people she has worked with in the past, so she tries her hardest to provide the best level of experience, and customer support, and to keep herself “Top of Mind” when her past clients hear someone ask for a qualified real estate professional, they think of Kristi.

They know she will take the best care of each and every referral. She is also excited to share as much with her clients as she can, not just about their personal transactions but how to navigate real estate in general. She wants them to walk out of the transaction better informed than when they first met. Kristi would love to have the opportunity to do the same for you and earn your business.
