About Kristi

Kristi is a native of Historic Hillsborough, NC and moved to Greensboro in 1990 where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree from Greensboro College in 1994. After graduating, she worked as an assistant loan processor and started learning aspects of Real Estate. She wanted to get into selling Real Estate in 1996, until her college roommate recommended for her to get into Property Management. She interviewed with her apartment community, was hired shortly after, and from there she began her career as a leasing consultant/property manager. Kristi got her Real Estate license in 2004 and since that time continued in Property Management and also has worked as an On Site Real Estate Agent. Along with confident persuasion from her friends and family, she took a leap and joined Power Team Realty in 2017 full time. Kristi is known for her charismatic personality, loyal work ethic, and passion for helping people, which makes her a perfect fit in the industry. Kristi enjoys spending time with her mom and friends, loves running and working out, traveling to Southern California, music and cars. Kristi’s motto for success is “Those who don’t take a chance take what’s left over”.

My husband and I met Kristi when she was the Property Manager at the apartment complex we lived in when we first moved to Greensboro a few years ago. We became fast friends with her bubbly and kind personality. When it came time for us to purchase our first house this spring, we had no doubts on using Kristi as our realtor. She took our must-haves into consideration, while also keeping us realistic within our budget. She went above and beyond in showing us numerous houses during irregular hour to accommodate my work schedule and was prompt to schedule viewings if I found listings I was interested in online. She was made aware of a listing one late Saturday evening that she thought would be perfect for us and managed to schedule a viewing first thing the next morning. We were one of 8 couples that viewed that listing on Sunday. We fell in love with the house immediately and she walked us through making an offer. Her negotiation skills resulted in our offer being accepted and us having the house of our dreams! We are so grateful for Kristi for being a friend throughout this process. --
