Kristi is an exceptional realtor, friend, and person. Jason and I met Kristi when we bought our first home and we had such a great experience. That was 17 years ago and we had a very low budget, very picky on what we wanted, and Kristi was determined to help us then. So when we decided to buy another house we knew who we wanted. Kristi was again determined and didn’t rest until she helped us find our dream home. She worked very hard, was available any time of the day, never made us feel like we were bothering her even when we would call, or text any time of the day/ week. She not just helped us find our dream home she also made the impossible happen by finding us buyers for two homes and our seller accepting our offer within two days of each other. She once did the impossible for us and we will be forever grateful. .

If you are looking for a realtor or agent who will go above and beyond your needs and wants, look no further than Kristi Knox! Kristi helped us sell our property and purchase another property, and she was phenomenal! Within a few hours of connecting, we had a phone call meeting. Our house was posted for sale within a week of connecting, and within 48 hours of the house going live, we accepted an offer. Kristi's photographer staged the home beautifully, and the communication from her and her team was top notch. We received frequent check-ins by email, phone and text, and all questions were answered (no matter how stupid on our part). When it came to purchasing our next home, Kristi was able to negotiate the end price for us. Both closings went smoothly, and I cannot recommend her services enough!

Kristi and her team are outstanding! She sold our home almost a year ago and the experience then was great! We purchased a lot to build our home and right before we closed, my husband and I found a different location. The first person we called was Kristi, we shared with her our reasonings and concerns. Kristi was there for us, asked us questions as to why we see our family in this new location, as well as guiding us through the process. Until the end she was there for us. We wouldn't recommend anyone else to family and friends. Kristi and her team are the best! They truly treat you like family. Call them for all of your real-estate needs!

It could have been very unsettling being out of state with elderly parents going through the home selling process but I never worried about it since they chose Kristi as their realtor. As first time homeowners Kristi really led us through the selling process. She helped us clearly identify what work needed to be done prior to showing the house and what was unnecessary.

Kristi was a great help to us in purchasing our first home. I would not hesitate to recommend her or her team's services to anyone. Was very helpful in explaining the market conditions, and was able to work with our conditions to write a competitive offer. We were able to beat out other offers and close on the first house we put an offer on, at close to list price and with a home inspection & appraisal contingency (which is rare in the market we purchased our home in).

Krisit's team made the entire process as easy as I can imagine possible. They handled scheduling home inspections, attorneys, and set us up with a great mortgage broker. As first time buyers this was very important to us.

When we are ready to purchase another property, or sell our current home, Kristi will be the first person I call.
