Kristi grew up in Eagan and graduated from Rosemount High School, let's just say a LONG time ago. She studied undergraduate studies at Southwest State in Marshall Minnesota. She joined the team of Northwest Airlines; she was a part of the Sales and Marketing Department from 1989 until 1999. While at Northwest she worked to train over 400 reservation sales agents to be the front line to Northwest. She found a true love for helping others achieve the dream of a travel industry career.

In 1999 Kristi decided that she needed to take her sales experience to another level. She decided she would start a Real Estate career. She has sold entry level homes to luxury homes. One of most rewarding times in her career was when she was named top 30 in sales. With about 75 percent of her business coming from repeat or referral clients, that comes from doing customer service driven sales. Honesty and integrity are number one for Kristi.
