Kristian made my first experience selling a home a great one! He advised me throughout the process on variety of topics, beginning with determining the asking price, after he did his market research. There were a few unusual situations surrounding the sale and Kristian thoroughly researched to find the right answer. Kristian ensured that the home showed extremely well, from connecting me with a resource to perk up the yards and exterior of the home to capturing the beauty of the home through the photographs. He contacted realtors prior to the house going on the market to drum up interest in the property. We were under contract within one day! He stayed connected with the buyer’s agent throughout the due diligence period and kept me up to date with the progress. By the time we reached closing day, it was smooth sailing. Kristian joined me at the attorney’s office to sign the paperwork. He was accessible and knowledgeable, and I would recommend Kristian to anyone selling a home!
