Hello! I'm Kristin and after a long-term career in Human Resources, working with multiple Fortune 500 companies, I made a career change and pivoted into the wonderful world of residential real estate.

Born and raised in the Twin Cities, I currently call the beautiful Loring Park neighborhood my home. I am an advocate, champion and lover of city and condo living. My husband and our two (now adult) kids made an unconventional move in 2010 and downsized from a 2-story, 4-bedroom home in St. Louis Park to a 3-bedroom condo in downtown Minneapolis. We wanted to simplify how we live and enjoy the diversity and convenience of city living. It was a great move for our family and I love sharing and talking about our downsizing story.
