Kristen has worked in real estate for the past 14 years, successfully turning houses into homes, and playing matchmaker for her clients. She specializes in helping sellers prepare their homes to appeal to the most buyers for the best price. On the buyer's side, she enjoys identifying and achieving all the potentials and possibilities in the homes they want. Either way, her approach is a collaborative effort.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, she worked in several industries, including IBM in California as well as non-profits, been a small business owner, and have an interior design background. she enjoys remodel projects and know how to get that “bang for your buck” with home updates.
The majority of her experience has been in Boulder, Louisville, Lafayette, Erie, Superior, Broomfield, and Longmont, with occasional work farther north or south when needed. Specifically, she has expertise in LoLa - Louisville, Longmont and Lafayette - including Waneka Landing, Indian Peaks, and the newer developments of North End and Steel Ranch.
She has been fortunate to have lived all around the country but have found our forever home in Colorado. Like many, she was drawn to her great state for the 300 days of sunshine in addition to the snow days, sports teams, amazing culinary experiences, incredible music venues, and extensive outdoor life. She holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Alabama at Birmingham, a master's degree from San Jose State, CA, and an Interior Design Certificate from Sheffield School of New York.
She and her reside in Lafayette and spend a lot of their free time with kid’s sports (soccer, basketball, karate) and activities (boy scouts and music). They also try to sneak in a few ski/snowboard or local travel weekends.
Locally, she has been involved in the Chamber of Commerce and on the boards of two business groups. She looks forward to seeing you at The Post restaurant in Lafayette, perhaps the Louisville Street fair, or walking our dogs around Waneka Lake, at the farmers market, hiking the trails, or any one of the other activities they have in this great state.
