Kristin Coffelt

Originally from Indianola, Kristin was raised with the perfect mix of both city and country life. Growing up on a farm instilled a strong work ethic, values, and character throughout her career.

Kristin real estate journey began as a transaction coordinator for RE/MAX transitioning to an escrow closer for First American Escrow and finally finding her true passion as a real estate agent. Learning the ins and outs of the entire real estate process has given her a unique perspective and helps Kristin stay focused on the big picture of helping others achieve their goals.

Kristin has been a licensed Realtor for 15 years and have consistently been recognized as a top agent in the Des Moines area. Her real estate career has been built around one guiding principle from her youth - work hard, stay humble and be kind.

Kristin and her family reside in Johnston where you can find them completing DIY projects, cheering on the Dragons, and enjoying all the recreational opportunities their metro area provides.
