Kristin Dunklee

I began my real estate career in October 2017, following 29 years in the construction and concrete industry. Those years taught me the value of communication, patience, and taking great care of people — qualities I carry with me every day in real estate.

I work with buyers and sellers throughout the Lakes Region, Central, and Southern New Hampshire — helping them find places they can truly feel at home. Whether it’s a first home, an estate property, land, a farm, a vacation spot, or an investment, my goal is simple: help you love where you live.


During my first six years in real estate I worked full-time, and while I earned recognition along the way, I came to understand something important: real estate is about people, not production numbers.


I now choose to work part-time to be more intentional and present with every client I serve. I also support a local business with administrative work, because helping others — whether it’s a homeowner, buyer, or business owner — is simply what I love to do!


When it matters most, I’m always a call, text, or email away. Anyone can open a door and show a property — but I’m here for the guidance, strategy, and negotiation that truly protect your interests. And if I’m unavailable for something simple like a showing, I always have trusted coverage in place so you're never left waiting.


Outside of work, my world is my family — my husband, my kids, their spouses and my precious grandson, Greyson Theodore. My husband and I share our life with our dogs and horses and spend as much time outdoors as possible: trail riding, 4-wheeling, kayaking, snowmobiling, and enjoying motorcycle rides on beautiful days.
