Kristin Fisher is a top notch Realtor, I cannot say enough good about her. She went above and beyond her real estate responsibilities for us. Kristin totally took care helping us in getting our home sold. We needed new flooring, painters, cleaning and other services prior to going on the market. Kristin, not only provided and contacted all the necessary people to preform these services she met with them coordinating the work and totally handled ALL the details. To top it all off Kristin got us top price, a cash buyer and a timely close of escrow. Kristin we couldn't have to done this without you thank.

Kristin was great to work with. To get the property ready to sell, it first needed to be parceled out. Also, the property's location is within the city's 3-mile exclusion zone, which requires authorization from the city to build. Kristin worked with the county and city to take care of that for us. She is a strong negotiator; we relied on her expertise, and she got us more than we were asking for. We ran into a snag with the bank release of the parcel right before closing; Kristin went to work immediately. She worked with our bank and the county again to expedite the parcel release, and we could close on time! Highly recommend Kristin, we will use her for all of our real estate needs in the future.

Kristin is an exceptional realtor. She listens to what is wanted/needed in a home. Then she immediately starts the search for the desired home.
When I started looking, there were few homes available but Kristin continued to pursue any homes she thought I might like. If I saw one online that I wanted to view, she called to set up appointments. Within a couple weeks she found the perfect home for me.
She then arranged a home inspection and made sure any issues that came up on the inspection were taken care of by the seller.
Since this was the first time I bought a home, she made sure I understood the process. She immediately answered any texts or phone calls when I had questions.
After buying my new home, she sold my family home for me. Once again, she dealt with all the phone calls, requests to view the home, and questions. She kept in touch the entire time.
Since there were a few small items I needed to get fixed, she provided names of dependable people and or companies I could call.
Kristin treats her clients as she would a family member. She is always there for each and every person. If you need an honest, hardworking realtor please consider Kristin. She will look out for your interests and take care of you.

Kristin is a shark! She knows how to read people and adjusts her guidance the more she comes to know and understand about our needs. She knows how to make you understand what is going on and how to properly go about doing things in the offer/negotiation process. She knows her area well and has many contacts that are very good at their jobs as well. She got us exactly what we wanted and a bit more. There was a lot of behind the scenes action that we were not even aware of that she did, going over and above to make sure we got the best deal possible. We scraped and scrounged to be able to be in a position to grow our family and Kristin helped get us a home to do that in. She went above our expectations in what a realtor facilitates. She is very personable and easy going but still gets things done. Her knowledge was never ending. There just isn't enough good things to say about her and how we couldn't have expanded our life without her.
