Kristin goes above and beyond in every way. There are so many surprises around every turn. What can't be accomplished by most realtors Kristin will find a way to get done. She helped me sell a house that was very difficult to get onto the market. Sure enough, within a few months she made it happen. What she can bring to the table is her connections, her devotion, her passion and her vision. I had other realtors look at my house that did not see the potential. Kristin saw the potential and supported me in every step of the way. There's even a bonus feature when working with Kristin that you'll discover on your own. Kristin is a fantastic real estate agent. She was by our side ever step of the way through a process that was often very hectic and stressful. She provided sound professional advice and often went to bat for us with both our mortgage lender, the listing agent, and the title company. Without her I’m not sure that we would have been able to attain our dream home. In my opinion, for homebuyers in the Adams County, PA area, Kristin Gee is the only logical choice to represent you when purchasing a home. I can not say enough about the help I received from Kristin when trying to sell my home. I am a person that needed to know all the facts and she provided all the answers and helped me understand the process and what needed done. Kristin is always available to help you in any way possible. Answer any and all your questions, and I had alot. She was always there day, night and weekends to help me. Kristin has an inviting and gracious style combined with a "go" attitude. She begins with asking questions, helps to make a plan, critiques the plan, and stays the course. She has responded to all my queries by phone and email, which were few, because she did all the work assigned.
