Kristin Kerr began her Real Estate career in 2015 and obtained her Broker’s license in 2018. Before moving to Helena in 2013, her husband had three daughters, and she resided in St. Louis, MO where she was an Elementary School Teacher. She has an undergraduate degree from Millikin University and a master’s degree from Maryville University both in Elementary Education.
What she brings to the real estate table is a wealth of experience in effective communication, thoughtful planning, and preparedness. She will put her creativity and energy to work for you from the beginning of the sale to the closing. Her goal is to make the transition of either buying or selling your home a smooth one. In Kristin's spare time, she enjoys walking their Shih Tzu Poppy, traveling, exercising, and playing piano for their church worship team. You can find her kayaking on the Missouri in the summer and skiing during the winter. She serves as a community member on the St. Peter’s Health Foundation Board and is a member of the local AY Chapter of the Philanthropic Educational Organization (P.E.O.). She is a certified Senior Real Estate Specialist (S.R.E.S.)., holds the Realtor e-Pro Certification, and in 2020 obtained the NAR C2EX designation. She also has the privilege of serving as the President of their local Helena Association of Realtors.
