Kristin was a referral from a close friend of mine, an out of state real estate agent. As a first time homebuyer, I did not know what to expect. Kristin was more than patient, kind, and very very responsive (which is a huge plus! I asked a lot of questions). With having to work full
-time, she was more than willing to help me weed out the homes which did not match my needs & wants; she was my eyes for showings I could not personally attend. She made this stressful and seemingly endless process easier and more enjoyable. Kristin was more than knowledgeable about i housing markets and trends. She even helped me with scheduling home inspections when an offer I placed was fine ally accepted. She even provided me with excellent referrals for home warranty and other services. I can say I am so glad to have had Kristin as my Realtor my first time purchasing a home. I would defiantly recommend her and her expertise.
