Kristin Purcell

Kristin has worked in residential real estate sales in Manhasset and the surrounding areas for over 15 years. Her success is inspired by her passion for the Long Island lifestyle, and extensive knowledge of the local markets. Specializing in Manhasset, Port Washington, Garden City and the North Shore she has helped everyone from first-time buyers to seasoned owners of multimillion-dollar homes achieve their real estate goals, being equally attentive and dedicated to everyone she serves.

Also among Kristin’s strong suits are her listening skills which enable her to understand the needs and expectations of her clients, and savvy negotiating that ensures the best deal and terms for all parties. Honesty and integrity are the hallmarks of her practice, as is an extreme work ethic, compassionate nature, and keen attention to detail that delivers streamlined transactions.

Highly accustomed to high pressure, fast paced environments, Kristin was previously in finance for 13 years as an Equity Sales Trader, and then a Managing Director covering mostly mutual funds and hedge funds. Sales and client service truly are her fortes. She additionally draws on her eye for potential and love for design, decorating and renovation, having been involved in several projects that have transformed homes in Manhasset, and soon in the Hamptons.

Born and raised in Manhasset, Kristin graduated from Lynchburg College in Virginia with a BA in Communications. She lived in New York City for 13 years before moving back to her hometown to raise her family. Kristin is married with four children. She is very involved in her kids’ sports, plus enjoys going boating on Manhasset Bay, skiing, and walking her 3 dogs in her free time.
