Kristin Ringie McDonnell

I began working in the real estate industry as an assistant to a RE/MAX top 10 producer in the 90's; since then I have been an office manager of a real estate office, trained new agents, and have been with Remax 100 for 13 years as a Broker Associate. I have received the Five Star real estate award for multiple years and recently received the Denver Realtor Excellence Award. I pride myself in giving the utmost care of all of my clients. I'm a proud supporter of the ARC which is a non-profit agency that assists individuals and families impacted by developmental and intellectual disabilities. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Bowling Green State University in Ohio then moved to Colorado to enjoy the fresh mountain air and blue skies. I live in the foothills outside of Denver only 20 minutes away from my office in Lakewood but can walk out my backdoor to hike the mountain behind our home. I list and sell in all areas of Denver and the mountain communities outside of Denver. I truly love helping people buy and sell homes.
