Kristin Ritchie

My name is Kristin Kozelka. I am a broker associate licensed in Wisconsin, and I have been a business owner for several years and have gained a lot of insight from my experiences.

I am committed to providing my customers and clients with superior customer service. I value honesty, integrity and professionalism and that will come across in all of my dealings with you! My attention to detail will put your mind at ease when it comes to all of your contracts and negotiations. I strive to give my clients as stress free of a home buying or selling experience that I can. I have been a local of Prairie du Chien for most of my life, and between my husband and I we have four children. Two of which that are very involved in extra curricular activities such as basketball, soccer, softball, baseball, archery and Boy Scouts. I am proud to mention that I have a stepson who is a Marine and another stepson who is a welder. I keep very busy as a mom and a committed participant in the community and church.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends. I love to boat and go for hikes in the summertime. I enjoy the outdoors whenever I can, as we live in such a beautiful area!
