We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Kristin Ryan as our real estate agent! From start to finish, Kristin was incredibly helpful, professional, and truly unassuming in her approach. She was extremely flexible in working with our busy family’s schedule, always making time to meet our needs—even outside of regular hours.

One thing that stood out the most was how Kristin took the time to speak with each member of our family individually, asking about their personal preferences and needs in a home. That level of care and attention made the entire process feel personal and thoughtful.

As first-time homebuyers, we were nervous and had a lot of questions, but Kristin guided us every step of the way with calm reassurance. She anticipated so many of our concerns before we even voiced them. She also introduced us to an excellent broker who, like Kristin, went above and beyond to make sure we understood every part of the loan and closing process. Both Kristin and the broker were in constant contact—sometimes even late into the evening—to ensure we felt comfortable and informed.

Kristin is clearly an expert in her field, and thanks to her, the whole experience felt smooth, cohesive, and even enjoyable. We can't recommend her highly enough—if you're looking for a knowledgeable, caring, and dedicated real estate agent, Kristin Ryan is the one!

If a rating of 100 was available, Kristin would have easily exceeded it! She spent a lot of time making sure that everything was spot on. When I had questions, she was very easy to reach by phone or text (email too!).
She is completely dedicated and very tenacious in the process of making sure the client understands everything and knows what happens next! I very much appreciated her abilities and very highly recommend Kristin as the agent to move your property!

Kristin is special, in the best kind of way. From the first time I met her, Kristin just felt like my kind of people. She is patient and helpful, projects calm confidence, and is clearly very experienced. She really knows her craft and I pity the person who finds themselves on the opposite side of the negotiation table from Kristin. She fights for her clients best interest like a mama bear protecting her cubs. I'd trust Kristin to help anyone I know because it does not get any better when it comes to real estate agents. Its rare to find her mix of authentic kindness, massive knowledge base, and determination to win for her clients. I cant recommend Kristin enough!

Kristin Ryan with Dickson Realty is an awesome person and real-estate agent. I am personally hopeful that if you give her your real-estate needs, you won't be disappointed. Reading through reviews, you will see time and time again people mentioning how Kristin will go above and beyond for you- and well, that's an understatement!! Kristin was a dream to work with. We had a big list of needs for our first home and a budget that wasn't quite fitting our inflated market. She never lost patience with us though, and showed us house after house. When we finally found a home that checked our laundry list of boxes, she was available at a moments notice to answer questions, take a call, even helping to find us inspections last minute and jumping through a million hoops to get this home for us. I am beyond grateful and so blessed to have had Kristin on our side through this crazy process. I could not recommend her enough. I live in New Jersey and had property I wanted to sell in Nevada. My home town realtor searched the Reno area for a realtor willing to take this on. After a couple of contacts, who we were not happy with, we came across Kristin. Kristin was very personable from the very beginning. Getting my property sold took several steps involving several different agencies, lawyers, title companies, etc which Kristin handled very well in finding exactly who we needed and was willing to work with us.
Communication was constant when needed and Kristin kept me up to date with everything.
If you need a realtor, Kristin should be your very first choice, hands down.
