Kristin has been representing buyers and sellers in the Philadelphia region for over 18 years. She works hard for her clients to help them achieve their specific goals. Her clients receive a high level of professionalism, timely communication, and genuine conversation. Kristin is inspired by the area’s diverse properties and history. Marketing homes for sale and negotiating on her clients’ behalf are a few of her very favorite things!

As Elfant Wissahickon’s Director of Marketing and Communications, she leads a team that keeps the brokerage on the cutting edge of technology, through both innovative and traditional marketing and advertising media, and she collaborates with our agents to create custom strategies and packages for sellers in our marketplace.

Kristin loves spending time with her family and friends, attending live comedy shows and concerts (pre Covid-19), and going for day hikes. She collects original artwork and crafts and enjoys reading fiction and biographies.
