Kristin was the listing agent on my piece of agriculural property. Our county required us to apply for a zoning variance and a subdivision approval before the property could be sold. Kristin was very supportive and flexible through the uncertainty of the months-long process. She communicated with the land surveyor to assist him in fulfilling all of the requirements related to surveying the property and generating a plat that met a multitude of requirements. She actively marketed the property throughout our process with the county. Within days of the completion of the process, I had my closing with the new owner. Throughout this time, she was encouraging, cheerful and positive. Her high level of competence was fueled by her knowledge of each step in the marketing and sales strategies and legalities. I will definitely use her services again if I need an agent in the future.

My experience with Kristin as my realtor to sell my home was great. She made the whole process very easy and worry-free. Kristin was very patient, taking time to really listen to me and discuss my needs and concerns. She kept me informed throughout the process and was always willing to explain further things I didn't understand. The thing that worked best for me about Kristin is that she is calm and low key, not pushy.

I contacted Kristin Swanson directly from a realtor.com listing. I did not have a buyer's agent so when I was interested in buying the house Kristin immediately drew up the appropriate documents to act as transaction broker so that all parties would be represented fairly. The entire process from offer to closing went off without a hitch thanks to Kristin. She was also very helpful with referrals for services in the area. Thank you Kristin for all your work. We love our new home.

Kristin was so much more than a realtor. She was a patient loving guide, as well as a firm hand in helping us to navigate through all the ins and ends that could have been totally overwhelming for us without her powerful stance. We enjoyed working with Kristin very much on the purchase of our new home and sale of our old home. The details of our home purchase were unconventional and a little conplicated, but she worked very hard to help us navigate all the details. Also, she was amazing as a listing agent as well - our home went under contract within a week of being on the market!
