I have known Kristina for about 4.5 years. She and I met at the gym and see each other almost every day. During this time, she has become a dear friend of mine. I remember when she was taking the necessary courses to become a realtor, and how thrilled she was when she obtained her license. To Kristina, this isn't just a career. It's one of the many ways she makes a difference in the lives of others. Finding a home is one of the biggest and most special decisions we can make in our lives. It can also be overwhelming! Knowing the kind of person Kristina is, it's clear that her focus will always be to utilize her compassion, patience, and genuine love of people in order to help them home.

I follow this realtor's posts regarding properties available in Indiana. She is not your basic I'm-in-it-to-win-it kind of realtor. She's real. And posts are full of how she will remain so if you choose her to search for your next home. I have communicated with her about various properties I've seen online and she is not gamey. She honors what buyers want, points out strengths and weaknesses of searching for those wants and builds honest, open relationships with both buyers and sellers.

We love Kristina and would highly recommend her to everyone. Selling and buying a house was definitely one the most stressful things I’ve ever done. She made everything a little less stressful for us and was available whenever we needed her to answer all our questions, days, nights, and even weekends. She always made herself available to get into houses as soon as they hit the market and with the way of the market now a days and how fast the houses sell, she made it possible to get us in our dream home! For the things we weren’t sure of, she guided us in the right direction always! We love Kristina, she is by far the best realtor around!

Working with Kristina changed my views about real estate agents. No sales pitch with her, so professional, on the mark with comps for our home, and checked in with us consistently during the whole process. She helped us sell our Crown Point home in 2 days, negotiated 1 out of 5 offers exactly how we wanted it. Actually, it exceeded our expectations because she thought of things we never would have. Having never sold a home before, we started by interviewing a number of real estate agents, making sure they were from different agencies so we got a broad feel for how the whole selling thing would work. After being unimpressed by the other agents Kristina came along with comps that were actually comparable to our home and a listing price that was right on with the market. Kristina brought accurate current market knowledge that, not only impressed my husband and I, but was spot on in the current real estate market. Kristina is a knowledgable, easy going, and purposeful agent who will treat you like a friend and family member. She truly cares about your success in selling/buying. I am so thankful that I kept her market brochure from the Fall before. I don't think we would have been so successful with the sale of our home if we went with anyone else!

We cannot recommend Kristina enough as a realtor (and friend). During the selling and buying process, she proved to be knowledgeable, assertive, and kind. Some of the many highlights of working with Kristina are her professionalism, understanding of the market, and knowing our needs.

My husband and I are very busy with four little kids under 7. It is very important to us to be able to have flexibility with getting into houses, especially in this market. Kristina always found time to get us in and was very helpful and understanding with our zoo animals, I mean children.

We always felt like we were in the loop during the process and trusted her throughout it all. Within a few months, we sold our house and moved into our new one.

If we ever purchase another home, Kristina will be our go-to realtor.
