For Kristina, real estate is more than just helping clients buy and sell property. Her goal is to ensure not only a successful outcome every time but also a happy one, for everyone. “Each client has a different expectation,” says Kristina. “Sellers want the highest possible dollar for their home and buyers want their ‘dream’ home at the best possible price.”

One expectation, however, is constant explains Kristina. “All my clients can expect that will I do everything I can to help them achieve their goals because each one is important to me.”

Kristina’s successful career in real estate is proof that she has done just that. The Peabody resident has an impressive track record, but she prefers to look forward. “Being in real estate is exciting because each client and each transaction is different,” she says. “What I really enjoy is the opportunity I have to help clients with one of the most consequential decisions in their lives.”
