DREAMS COME TRUE!! I was so excited to purchase my first home (hello freedom!) And Kristine made the process seamless and stress-free! It didn't matter what my question was, how picky my list was, or what time of day; Kristine made it happen! She would send me houses that were as close to my list as possible, without making me feel pressured or bombarded. When I did find my house, she was very encouraging and moved the paperwork along quickly. Definitely a GREAT first time home buying experience. After recovering from a very rocky credit score, we were terrified to dip our toe into the housing market pond again. We contacted Kristine and she got right to work...got us pre-qualified, listened to our wants and needs, was very respectful of our budget.
She tirelessly showed us dozens of houses (maybe not dozens, but a lot!!) and looked through each property with "buyer's eyes", making sure we saw little things here or there that we may have missed. I really appreciated that.
Lastly, when we found our perfect home, the owners and realtor were not easy to work with. Kristine fought for us. She was great to work with.
We've heard many, many nightmare realtor stories, but we loved working with Kristine and have recommended her and will work with her again.
Integrity, knowledge and a personality to boot!

Kristine has done an amazing job helping my husband and I trying to find our first house. We are currently out of state and Kristine was recommended to by a friend and we couldn't have asked for a better person. Even though she doesn't live around the area in Ohio that we are looking in, Kristine found us a realtor in her network that is from the area. She worked hard to find out what we are interested in and if we had any questions about buying a home. I would recommend that anyone looking to buy or sell a house go through Kristine. Even though she isn't the one finding us our home, she has still been available for questions.

Kristine was my realtor when my fiancé and I were buying our first house. When we first began our search we thought all the home buying myths and horror stories were true and we were very hesitant to embark on the daunting task of buying a home.

After we meet Kristine, all of our worries immediately went away. She was very kind and answered all of our questions while making us comfortable with the home buying process. Kristine worked relentlessly on our behalf to make sure all our needs were met and when our sale closed, we knew we made the right choice by selecting her to represent us.
