We had never even been to the area that I got a new job in, and Kristi was recommended by a friend. She was so very knowledgeable and informative about the town, the surroundings, and everything in between. We have four kids, so location was important to us and we landed in an incredible neighborhood with tons of kids and a great school.

I could only come for a weekend to look around, and she had everything ready for me to go, and also negotiated below asking price in this hot market. I would 100% use her again and was very happy with everything. We closed in under a month and didn't have to go back and forth with anyone- she did it all!

We so very much enjoyed our relationship with Kristi from the very moment we met her to the closing table (twice!) and years beyond. With her personable, friendly and energetic demeanor and skillful professionalism, Kristi quickly gained our trust that she was the RIGHT REALTOR to sell our home. After all, she'd represented us as the buyers of the same home 5 years prior. (Note: After our babysitter had called to cancel at the last minute, I'll never forget how Kristi even helped care for my toddler while I attended to my youngest, an infant at the time, during closing!) Kristi Hill is the best realtor we have ever hired. Kristi blew my husband and I away by how quickly she responded to our phone calls, emails and texts and how she went the extra mile in every aspect of our home search. She accommodated us and made house visits around our crazy schedule. Kristi was constantly bringing us existing and new homes on the market that fit our needs and she found the home we are now in just as it entered the marketplace (she knew it was our perfect home but she knew it would go fast as a foreclosure so she called us right when she found it and assisted us in executing the offer quickly). Kristi was present during the inspection to make sure the proper due diligence occurred and even though we purchased an as is foreclosure, Kristi fought for the bank (seller) to replace the off-spec piping and the bank did. We are grateful for finding Kristi and we will use her if/when we are relocated again.... Kristi Hill went above and beyond as our realtor. We were unfamiliar with the real estate market in Tallahassee, and were searching for a house to buy for our college bound son. The vast knowledge she possessed about the local areas and neighborhoods helped us make a decision we were very comfortable with. After our decision to buy, she flawlessly lead us through the process of buying a short sale property. Throughout numerous negotiations between the property owners, the bank, and us, her sound advice and guidance, helped us finalize a deal that we felt was fair for all parties involved. She always knew and had our best interest in mind, ensuring we were not being taken advantage of. After we closed on the property she remained in contact with us to make sure the house was ready for our son on his preferred move in date. She was able to recommend, coordinate and help take care of a few issues that needed attention, as well as having the carpets cleaned and the utilities turned on before our son moved in. Her ability to facilitate the long-distance purchase of real estate was unmeasurable. She made the whole process seem very easy.
