About Kristine

Kristine Jolly was born into “real estate”. She heard the real estate “lingo” from a very young age from her dad who was a general contractor. Real estate was an easy step and it just felt comfortable! Over the last 30+ years she's seen it all and from every aspect. As a single mother who climbed up the corporate ladder in the title business to running an independent real estate business as a top producer. Here’s what this business comes down to: Experience, Trust, & Responsiveness. It’s been Jolly's only goal to provide a jolly experience to every client she work with.

She truly believes there is a “lid for every pot” and it is fun for her to present possibilities to buyers if the home is in need of “help” and if the home is beautiful. It is so exciting and rewarding to see a client light up and take that “this is the one” deep breath.

Life is short and for Jolly, she's learned that when the focus is on making others feel comfortable, everything else takes care of itself. She's not just talking about real estate either. Whether it’s her helping an 18 year-old foster kid who is ready to hit the streets with no idea what they are going to do, or spending time with her grandchildren, she enjoys helping others and making everyone feel comfortable. The transactions she does lead to friendships. Jolly truly cares about her clients and her goal is to provide them with the best support in their goal of homeownership or in selling their property. She feels fortunate to have the best clients ever! They have referred others to her and some have done several transactions with me over the past 25 years in the San Diego area!
