Kristine analyzed the market, location, comparable home sizes and made economical suggestions for best resale value of our second home remaining after one of our divorces.

We changed paint colors, updated the landscaping with general clean up and pruning. The septic was serviced, and a professional inspection revealed a hidden junk furnace in the crawl space.

Then her skills with staging services and marketing kicked in. I grew up near the house, so I knew that a single parent would be the perfect owner based on our two long term renters.

Kris believed in the value of the home and our updates over the years: new roof, new doors and windows and we listed high. Our house sold within a month or so about 3 years ago and allowed us to send a couple kids to college and renovate my own kitchen.
