Kristine Monticello

Buying her first home with her husband ignited Kristi’s love for real estate. From that point on they bought and sold properties over the last 20 years. Finding those diamonds in the rough and transforming them into beautiful homes is so rewarding. In 2016, Kristi took the love of real estate and started working for Hollston Realty Group. At this firm, she specializes in the representation of investors, developers, home buyers, and sellers along the Jersey Shore. Meeting new people and helping clients find the right place to call home is her passion. She currently resides in Point Pleasant Beach with her husband and 4 children. They love spending their free time at the beach…they are sand in their toes kind of family.
