She asked the builder all the right questions, dug into the HOA documents, and made the whole process of purchasing a home very smooth. She puts her client's needs first , and would be a great advocate for you for either buying or selling your home.

I just love Kristine! She's the only real estate professional I've found that is totally competent and knowledgeable. She always tells me the questions I should be asking. She certainly saved the day when she found liens on the title work during a recent commercial transaction. She's fantastic and I totally recommend her.

Wow! What a fantastic knowledgeable and professional realtor. I was recently selling my rental property (which was really beaten down with renters). Kris walked through the property and offered suggestions of what needed to be done to make it ready for sale. She worked tirelessly with contractors and spent numerous hours in shining the house to give it the appeal it needed. She did a great job in marketing by staging the house to give it that wow factor. It worked. We went under contract within one day of listing the house with a full price offer. We closed in 27 days. I highly recommend her if you are looking to sell or buy a house. She is worth every penny and I will definitely use her again.
